Job Responsibility Client Liaison and Project Understanding: Actively assist the boss in meeting with clients to understand their vision and objectives. You will be responsible for comprehending every detail of the project and ensuring that these details are accurately reflected in the design outcomes. Design Execution: Take the lead in creating compelling visual designs, content, and videos. You must be able to translate client requirements into creative solutions that are both innovative and practical. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the boss and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to each project. Your role will involve guiding junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring each aspect of the client\'s vision to life. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design outputs are of the highest quality and adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving designs, content, and videos before they are presented to clients. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, content creation, and video production. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and deliverables. Job Requirements Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a design role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, including graphic design, video production, and content creation. Expertise in design software such as Adobe and Power Point. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
