Tanggungjawab

Ensuring that the store runs as IT should on a daily basis and working toward customer satisfaction
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store\'s reputation
Handle stock inventory, making sure stock is replenished and accurate records are maintained
Ensure the store is clean and well maintained, maintain a visually appealing display
Achieve sales target and develop sales strategies to increase sales
Liaise with mall management and related government authorities
