Position: Retail Supervisor (Skincare)

Location: The Garden KL

A Retail Supervisors coordinate staff in a retail establishment by performing duties such as recruiting new employees, training and motivating Beauty Consultant, evaluating sales performance, making sure that sales targets are attained, and scheduling shifts. Supervisors may also take disciplinary action when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire day-to-day shop operations

• Manage visual merchandising

• Manage and motivate shop floor employees

• Monitor staff performance especially sales performance

• Ensure monthly shop sales target is achieved

• Assist in events and promotional activities

• Manpower monitoring to ensure sufficient manpower in shop

• Prepare weekly & monthly sales report

• Min SPM holder or Diploma in any Sales, Retail, Marketing, Business Management, or any related fields.

• At least 2 years of working experience in managing retail store or chain of retail shops.

• Possess good planning, organizational, leadership and communication skills

• Able to lead a team to achieve the objectives set.

• Meticulous with good computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Salary range RM 2,300.00 - RM 2,600.00/month (Nego)

• Guarantee Commission RM 500.00/month*

• 48 hours work/week

• Grooming Allowance RM 100.00/month

• Attendance Allowances RM 100.00/month

• Shoe Allowances RM 200.00/annum

• Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English ,Malay
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
