What is the Fave Tech Hub?

An awesome new programme that aims to exponentially grow our tech team within the next few months! Successful applicants will go through our specially curated engineering training programme and get mentored by our amazing engineering leaders. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

As Part of the Fave Tech Hub Experience, You Will:

• Be exposed to completed development iterations. You will gain all the knowledge to launch a product that can run at scale.
• Be actively involved in the development process, from the design phase to deployment.
• Build products for the global market, not limited to Malaysia.
• Learn first-hand how world-class engineers collaborate in high-speed development.
• Solve new interesting problems. We don't have all the answers, let's figure it out together! New innovation will face new challenges.
• Build features for Fave and Pine Labs group of companies.

Requirements:

• You do not need to have a degree in Computer Science to apply.
• You care a lot about building cool stuff and you want to kickstart your career in Software Engineering.
• You are highly motivated and willing to pick up new skills to get things done.
• Has foundational knowledge of Software Development through structured learning or self-taught.
• Any side projects, freelance works, or open-source contribution is always a great boost to your application.
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies such as Javascript, React, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Ruby, Java, C++ would be a plus point! (if you don't know this yet, it's okay as long as you're willing to give 110% to learn and grow together with the team)

What's the Recruitment Process like?

• Interview Round 1: Communication & Culture Fit

• What we'll be looking for: An achievement oriented personality, strong learning & growth mindset, genuine desire for challenges and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Interview Round 2: Technical Interview

• What we'll be looking for: A methodical and structured thought process, strong collaboration skills, quick understanding of new concepts and the ability to communicate your ideas clearly and concisely
• Intake Dates: In the event you're selected for this programme, you'll start on these intake dates
