Description:You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The F&B Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide strong and efficient administrative to both the Director of F&B and the Executive Chef\'s office. The F&B Administrative Assistant will be also involved in the F&B Beverage outlet operation in assisting the team during the peak and busy periods.Qualifications:Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in business management. Well-developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation and email. Minimum 2 years of work experience as a secretary or administrative executive in a hotel or big organisation. Excellent English communication skills both in understanding and writing. Good communication and problem solving skills, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations.
