Assist in meal preparation, portioning, and serving according to dietary requirements.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen and serving areas.
Collect, deliver, and retrieve meal trays from wards on schedule.
Support food storage and inventory control procedures.
Adhere to hospital food safety and infection control policies.
Assist dieticians or supervisors in special meal arrangements when required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Experience in food service or hospitality is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication and service attitude.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
