What You'll Learn & Do

Operational Excellence

Operate confidently across all kitchen and service stations while ensuring every product meets company quality standards. Maintain high levels of cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils before, during, and after use. Carry out regular cleaning routines in both kitchen and dining areas. Follow all company and legal guidelines related to Health & Safety, fire safety, and food hygiene. Promptly report any hazards, accidents, or safety issues to the manager on duty.
Customer Service Mastery

Serve customers with speed, friendliness, and professionalism, ensuring every meal is hot, accurate, and well-presented. Double-check all orders for accuracy and include requested condiments or add-ons. Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude or escalate them to the manager when needed. Be attentive and considerate toward all guests, including families, seniors, and those with special needs, to ensure a great experience for everyone. Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
