- Previous experience in food and beverage management or related roles
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
- Manage and train F&B team members to ensure high service standards
- Collaborate with chefs to develop and update the menu.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare and manage budgets, aiming to minimize costs while maximizing quality and profit.
- Address customer complaints and feedback to enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales
