Our client is a well-known Singapore-based food and beverage chain that has rapidly expanded to become a distinctive household brand owner that has established its mark on the world stage with its bakery, restaurant and food atrium footprints. Responsible for the financial budgeting for the beverage sector. Develop sales strategies to meet the desired revenue for the business and manage the operating costs in tandem. Develop and execute outlet expansion plan and participate in ROI exercise. Work closely with the F&B team to develop new menu items from time to time. Ensure consistency in product quality and service delivery. Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that the SOP is observed consistently. Work closely with the Brand Manager to develop marketing campaigns and branding strategies. Identify ways to increase work efficiency and productivity. Manpower planning to ensure efficient manpower utilization with consideration of attrition, peak period demands and succession planning. Lead, encourage and motivate employees to drive sales and heighten customer service delivery. Work closely with the HR and training team to identify the skills upgrade/training needed for staff. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Food and beverage Services Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar capacity, with at least 2 years in managing a team of 30-40 headcounts. Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent; particularly managing a food court. Required language: English & Malay. Preferred language: Mandarin to deal with a counterpart in China. Independent and resourceful. Good communicator and people manager. Self-motivator and passionate about the F&B industry. Appreciates service excellence and problem-solving. Willing to travel around. Other Information If there is a need or special situation, he might need to work on weekends, public holidays or after working hours - replacement leave provided if required by management.
