Job Description

The role is crucial in overseeing the daily operations of a Club's dining area, bar, and banquet facilities. You will manage the Food and Beverage department, ensuring club members receive excellent service. Your job includes keeping the department profitable by managing budgets and controlling costs, as well as ensuring all safety and hygiene standards are followed and training staff. The role works closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize the Club's business results.

EXPERIENCE :



In-depth Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry standards, and regulations. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements. Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all their concerns. Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel. Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures. Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Reports to management regarding sales results, analysis, and productivity Willing to relocate/work in Port Dickson, N. Sembilan

REQUIREMENTS

:

At least 5-7 years of experience in F&B management in a similar capacity in a 4 or 5-star Royal Club/Club, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze financial reports and drive cost-effective strategies. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
