Key Responsibilities
Manage food & beverage operations to ensure consistent quality service and memorable guest experiences.
Supervise and support the F&B team with staffing, training, and performance development.
Oversee daily restaurant, banquet, and function operations with high service and cleanliness standards.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and driving F&B promotions to increase revenue.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock control and storage.
Manage restaurant marketing programs and participate in system-wide promotions.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, grooming standards, and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of F&B management experience
(preferred in Arabic/North Indian Mughlai cuisine).
Strong knowledge of Arabic and Mughlai ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural nuances.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
Strong financial and operational management skills.
