We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests while meeting revenue targets.
Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that align with current culinary trends and guest preferences
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize food and beverage operations to meet financial targets
Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to continuously improve performance and guest satisfaction
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of restaurant facilities and equipment
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience and drive business growth
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant patronage and revenue
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and service techniques
Excellent financial management skills, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and implement performance improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
