Job Description


  • Several years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A passion for food, hospitality, and customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Increasing sales: Have good communication skills and creative thinking to improve sales
  • Managing and supervising staff: Manager must ensure that stall is adequately staffed, and that the staff is well-trained and motivated. This may involve recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
  • Ordering and managing inventory. Ensure has enough inventory, including food and beverage supplies, to meet the needs of customers. Manage inventory levels and make orders as necessary to avoid shortages or waste.
  • Maintaining quality control: Ensure that the quality of food, beverages, and service provided meet the expectations of customers. Involve inspecting the stall to ensure cleanliness, tasting food and drink samples, and monitoring customer feedback.
  • Handling financial matters: Able to manage the finances effectively, including budgeting, tracking expenses, managing cash flow, and preparing financial reports.
  • Marketing and promotion: Promote the product to attract new customers, maintain customer loyalty, and increase revenue. This involve developing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and organizing events.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations: Ensure the stall operates in compliance with local health and safety regulations, food safety laws, and labor laws.
  • Customer service: Able to interact with customers, handle customer complaints, and ensure that customers have a positive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies in the food and beverage industry.
