MohonKelayakanRequirements :

• Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as Head of Food & Beverage in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
• Working knowledge of mathematics.
• Familiar with computer systems.
• Knowledgeable of Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting operations and skills.
• Strong leadership, people management and training, and planning skills.
• Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards.
• Thorough knowledge of services, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs. Knowledge in other languages will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
• Possesses own transport
• Willing to relocate to Johor.

Tanggungjawab

• Manage all F&B and daily operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Identify customers\' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Planning menus for various outlets in consultation with chefs and restaurant managers.
• Designing and implementing sales promotional activities to achieve the revenue target.
• Establish targets, Incentive and schedules.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
