Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing management, preferably within the F&B industry or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends in the F&B industry would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and present ideas effectively.
• Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure marketing performance, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Madam Kwan\'s cuisine and drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned and executed in promoting with our brand image and achieving the business goals.

• Develop marketing strategies and implement effective initiatives to promote our brand and products/services, and increase revenue across all outlets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends to align marketing strategies in product/service and market positioning.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital channels, to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Manage the creation of compelling marketing materials and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to develop new menu items that is align with the market and customer preference, create seasonal promotions and special events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to leverage on social media coverage and to enhance brand reputation and generate positive publicity.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, monitor expenses, and provide timely reports on marketing ROI and performance metrics to the senior management team.
