As F&B Sales Manager, you\'ll work closely with Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure the development and increase of overall Food & Beverage\'s revenue performance, concentrating mainly on all Food & Beverage Outlet Sales. Your day-to-day People Daily walk through F&B Outlet for business card collection as well as build connectivity by engaging with guest for future business opportunities Establish and maintain good working relationship with colleague within Food & Beverage as well as supporting department Participates in contracts/agreements with advertising/media firms, vendors, suppliers, banks and other service providers Financials Responsible for all promotions, discount schemes, events and marketing development efforts in F&B Develops and executes creative and innovative promotional ideas that drive the business and maximize revenue based on current market business trend and guest needs Take on other ad-hoc duties when the whole team needs to pull together Guest Experience Make sure all food and beverage equipment is in operational condition and regularly cleaned Make sure all food and beverage facilities including banquet/convention spaces are clean and properly stocked to anticipated business volume. Notify engineering immediately of any maintenance and repair needs Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Help guests with their requests and complaints - making sure you maintain a high level of guest satisfaction Oversees the creation of guest preference list/book with guest contact (office/mobile number), company name (business card), preferred food & beverage/dietary requirement for service personnel during meal Responsible Business Manage hotel food and beverage marketing programmes and participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programmes and promotions Keep an eye on competitor activity / industry innovation. Review and approve menu design and concepts with Executive Chef Develops and executes creative and innovative promotional ideas that drive the business and maximize revenue based on current market business trend and guest needs Collaborates with Marketing team in the design and creation of marketing collateral for promotions of F&B Carry out sales call plan and e-mail blitz with the Food & Beverage database including collaborate with Sales & Marketing team What we need from you At least 2 years related experience or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and experience Sales & Marketing Knowledge. An advantage if certified in Food & Beverage Skills or related field Planning and well organizing Ability to read, write and understand Malay and English. Chinese will be an advantage Relationship management and interpersonal skills Communication, influencing and negotiating skills
