Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, clean environment, and stable food delivery.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Team Management
Train, motivate, and manage team members, fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
Handle customer complaints and enhance team service awareness.
Marketing & Sales Promotion
Develop and execute online and offline marketing plans.
Plan seasonal promotions, membership activities, and partnership campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
Collaborate with delivery platforms, food influencers, and group-buy platforms for promotion.
Financial & Target Management
Assist in setting sales targets and controlling costs to improve profitability.
Analyze daily/weekly sales data and propose optimization strategies.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Hospitality or F&B Management preferred.
Minimum 2 years of F&B management experience, with team leadership and marketing experience preferred.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, strong leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in online marketing (social media management, advertising, membership campaigns).
Market-oriented, able to design effective promotions based on customer demand.
