Task 1. Monitoring and overseeing the outlet\'s daily business operations & manpower arrangement 2. To manage and supervise outlet staff efficiently, monitor stock level & usage 3. Reviewing outlet\'s expenditure and making proactive initiatives to ensure targets are met 4. Coaching and training in customer service and product knowledge to outlet staff 5. Problems-solving skills with fast results & basic knowledge of kitchen equipment 6. Excellent motivational skills to maintain staff motivation 7. Develop and implement growth strategies, and assist the Manager for time schedule arrangement 8. Co-operate and teamwork within the department and with other department staff 9. Perform all tasks as required by the Operation Manager to ensure smooth operation at the Outlet Requirements 1. Qualification in Pastry and Bakery / Culinary Arts or related field 2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) is an advantage 3. Min 2 years of working experience in the retail line 4. Preferable with knowledge of barista 5. Dynamic individual willing to learn and grow with the company 6.
