Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, and Mandarin
• At least 5 to 8 Year(s) of working experience in the F&B is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Good communication skills, computer literate, writing skills.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Possess own transport.
• Knowledge in cost management will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently & immediately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall F&B Operation
• Ensure all Items, Side Dishes are prepared and delivered as per schedule
• Develop SOP and Recipe, ensure all staff are well trained and SOP is followed
• Stock Management, Purchase and Order stock to ensure outlet running with sufficient stock smoothly.
• Handling & well organise of cash float & petty cash.
• Dealing and sourcing of supplier and vendors, ensure all arrangements and message are well communicated.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary: RM 10,000 (Subject to candidate\'s experiences & last withdrawn salary)
