Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management;
• Must be well versed in Malaysia\'s Labor Law and Employment Act
• Languages: Mandarinn and English
• At least 4 years in HR Managerial role from information technology industry;
• Possesses leadership and motivational/coaching skills;
• Possesses own transport and willing to travel if required;

• Have no issue to set up the whole HR department from scratch.
• Provide advice, support and guidance on all aspects of HR matters and employee relations including performance management, absence management, grievance handling, disciplinary action, and workplace dispute;
• Review, create, improve and implement HR policies and framework;
• Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and implement pay structure to align with the Company\'s job grading, job description and organizational structure;
• Develop and build a robust organizational structure to tailor to the business growth and needs;
• Establish succession planning to build and nurture talents;
• Ensure compliance of the Employment Law on all HR matters including HR related matters;
• Manage recruitment from placing job advertisement to hiring;
• Payroll processing; and
• Ad hoc HR projects

• Basic Salary: RM 10,000 (Subject to candidate\'s experiences & last withdrawn salary)
• Miscellaneous Allowance (subject to availability)
• EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave, Medical Leave

• Office Location: Kota Damansara
