Role Description
The
F&B Server
is responsible for delivering excellent service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires attentiveness, effective communication, and a friendly demeanor to maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, efficient, and knowledgeable about menu offerings.Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction. Provide menu information and make recommendations when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Good knowledge of food and beverage menus. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays. Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
