Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Provide menu information and make recommendations when appropriate.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
Key Requirements
Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
