Requirements
  • Candidate must possess minimum qualification of SPM/STPM or equivalent level;
  • Proven experience working in the hospitality industry will be advantageous (welcome fresh graduates with Culinary or Hotel Management background to apply);
  • Flexible and willing to work different schedule;
  • Great team player with positive attitude;
  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
Responsibility
  • Greeting customers while offering excellent customer service, taking and presenting food orders, input orders into POS system, receiving payment, operating the cash register;
  • To handle opening and closing procedures of the outlet and assist in managing inventory control;
  • Provide excellent customer services to ensure satisfaction and resolve any customer complaint;
  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items, daily promotion as well as restaurant information;
  • Monitoring food quality and ensure appealing plate presentation before serving;
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of dining areas;
  • To handle opening and closing procedures of the outlet and assist in managing inventory control;
  • In compliance with the outlet safety, Health and Hygiene policies and procedures.

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 04/01/2023
