Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items and specials
Take food and drink orders from customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Relay customers' orders to other kitchen staff.
Ensure the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Clean assigned work areas, such as dining tables or serving counters
Clear and set tables or prepare food stations for new customers
Accept payment and provide customers with receipts
Manage outlet inventory level.
Rotation to other F&B outlets when necessary.
Any other duties as assigned by superior or management.
Tanggungjawab
Relevant experience in the F&B industry.
Able operate a Point of Sales (POS) machine.
Passionate, cheerful, positive, service-oriented and an excellent team player.
Disciplined and punctuality to work.
Enjoy interaction with customers, able to communicate effectively.
Speak good English and with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays (as and when needed).
