To educate and ensure that all recipe SOPs are followed by kitchen crew.
Ensure cleaning SOPs are done on a daily basis by steward and kitchen crew.
Ensure stocks are maintained at an optimum level.
To assist the kitchen crew during peak hours.
Adhere to occupational, health and safety regulations, food preparation safety, policies, and procedures.
Controlling and directing food preparation process and any other relative activities.
Any ad-hoc task required by manager.
Job Requirement
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
English speaking is an added advantage
Experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
