Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, lounge, and banquet areas to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and support service staff, providing training, guidance, and motivation to uphold service standards.
Coordinate with the other departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Monitor guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards across all outlets.
Assist in scheduling, inventory control, and setup for restaurant service and banquet functions.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant, lounge, and banquet operations within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and ensure consistent service quality.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
