Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and meet objectives. Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Monitor and supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Implement and enforce operational policies and safety regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or issues in a timely and effective manner. Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff. Conduct regular team meetings to disseminate information, address concerns, and foster collaboration. Collaborate with the manager and other supervisors to implement strategies for process improvement and operational efficiency. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to management. Identify training needs and coordinate with the manager to implement training programs or initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in Food and Beverages Industry Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
