a) Overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment.

b) Ensure the daily management of the restaurant runs smoothly.

c) Plan the layout of the venue according to the number of guests and type of event and meet the customers' needs.

d) Carry out the related tasks as determined by management from time to time. [Menjalankan tugas berkaitan sepertimana yang ditentukan oleh pengurusan dari masa ke semasa.]
