Allowance : Travel Allowance

Work Schedule:

- 6 days work per week

- Shift-based working hours:

- Morning shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

- Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- Weekends are working days; rest days will be arranged on weekdays

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Supervisor to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience in store operations, leadership, and business management, preparing you for a future management role within the company.

Job Responsibilities?

- Support and supervise daily operations to maintain company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

- Train and assist store managers in effective sales, customer service, and supervisory techniques.

- Design and jointly complete marketing activities for customers to increase franchise store sales.

- Lead pre-opening training and ensure quality setup for new outlets.

- Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent operational standards across all stores.

- Participate in rotational training across key departments to gain comprehensive management knowledge.

- Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.

- Take initiative to identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.

- Communicate effectively with store teams and management to ensure smooth coordination of daily operations.

Job Requirements?

- Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Quality Management, or related field.

- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards practices.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive mindset.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends

- Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
