Supervise daily front-of-house and/or kitchen operations to ensure smooth service flow
Ensure service standards, food quality, and hygiene are consistently maintained
Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and outlet readiness
2. Staff Supervision & Management
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate service staff
Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and performance feedback
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline
Act as the first point of contact for staff issues during shifts
3. Customer Service
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Resolve service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat business
4. Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies
Minimize wastage and report shortages or discrepancies
5. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
Enforce SOPs, workplace safety, and company policies
Ensure outlet complies with local health and safety regulations
6. Sales & Performance Support
Support sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling activities
Monitor daily sales performance and report to management
Assist in achieving outlet sales targets and operational KPIs
7. Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily reports (sales, staff attendance, incidents, stock usage)
Communicate operational updates and issues to management
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
Job Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin
(mandatory) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and team members
Experience in coaching and guiding employees and managers across different levels
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and strict confidentiality
Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations or supervisory role (preferred)
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
