Duties and Responsibilities Assists Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations Ensure that the restaurant delivers convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being understood and practiced Work alongside the team to drive continuous improvements to the restaurant to achieve operational excellence Train and develop team members Ownership of customer\xe2\x80\x99s dining experience Communicate and manage customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth running of operations Pro-active in identifying operational pain points and offering solutions Stands-in as outlet in charge during Restaurant Manager\xe2\x80\x99s absence Ensure stocking of FOH inventory is done in a timely and accountable manner Requirements Education level \xe2\x80\x93 Diploma in hospitality, business and/or similar fields Experience \xe2\x80\x93 At least 3-5 years of F&B experience with 1 year in management capacity in a restaurant, bar and/or hotel setting. Staff should possess basic bar experience and knowledge on wine, spirits & liquor Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Communication, problem solving, digital fluency, people management, basic proficiency in microsoft office (Excel, PPT, Word)
