Job Ad: Fiber Business Operation (Telecommunication)Working Hours:
Shift 1: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Shift 2: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Note: Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per schedule given
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via WhatsApp and calls to address inquiries about fiber products.
Secure customer appointments and coordinate with partners to ensure timely installations.
Explain product details, terms, and conditions of fiber installation clearly to customers.
Adapt to new methods for managing customer experience and propose ideas to enhance service delivery and reduce complaints.
Optionally respond to incoming customer issues related to technical aspects.
Conduct remote troubleshooting, problem assessment, and follow-up with customers to resolve issues.
Maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure coordinated service and adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
