Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree in any field.
Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in Telemarketing, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is required for this position.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Note Pad, and Basic Emailing.
Have excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to take on challenges.
Enjoy working over the telephone.
Able to speak in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with sales representatives or visit the dealership.
Manage inbound and outbound calls and correspondences for sales and services.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers on our products and services via WhatsApp and calls.
Uphold high standards in processing and maintaining customer records/correspondents while logging customer information into the system/tools provided.
Achieve monthly individual and team targets.
Keep team lead informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily sales reports and compliments.
Assisting in resolving customer complaints through calls and working with internal departments for follow-ups.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
