Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office
Able to join on 10 April 2023

Tanggungjawab

Handling all inbound, outbound calls and emails from customers in regarding to travel booking inquiries / complaints / issues.
Passionate and provide satisfied customer services.
Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

Manfaat

Monthly Salary: RM 4,500 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm - 6am)
18 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave
EPF + SOCSO
One-month paid training will be provided
Closed to LRT Subang Jaya
