Requirements

• Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (Speak, Read, Type)
• Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
• Shortlisted candidate is required to come back to the Ara Damansara office twice. (1st time for Device Collection || 2nd time for Mock Call Certification), Mock Call Certification is the certification that happens after the candidate is towards the end of the training, where he/she has to pass to be sent to production. (Conducted after 3-4 weeks upon the completion of the training)
• Able to join on 12 April 2023

• Ability to handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' inquiries / complaints / feedback relating to travel issues.
• Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 700 Night Shift Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
• 14 Days Annual leaves + 12 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO

• 1-2 months paid training will be provided
