Requirements
- Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Proficient in English, Traditional Mandarin and Cantonese (Speak, Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 10 April 2023
- Handling all inbound, outbound calls, and emails from customers in regarding to travel general inquiries.
- Provide satisfied customer services and passionate.
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
- Monthly Salary: RM 4,500 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (Midnight Shift)
- 18 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave
- EPF + SOCSO
- One-month paid training will be provided
- Closed to LRT Subang Jaya
- Training Provided
- 5 Working Days
