Requirements
- Min SPM qualification / fresh graduates
- Proficient in English and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
- Good command in Cantonese
- 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 10 April 2023
- Handling all inbound, outbound and email from customers in regarding to travel booking inquiries / complaints / issues
- Provide satisfied customer services
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI
- Monthly Salary: RM 4,500 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm - 6am)
- 18 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave
- EPF + SOCSO
- One month paid training given
- Reachable by LRT Subang Jaya
