Job Description


  • Manage and complete fibre installation with comply to company SOP.
  • Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.
Solving customer problems and complaints.
  • Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and solutions.
  • Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home).
