Description: \xe2\x97\x8f Make sure there are enough items/ devices, materials, tools, including the arrangement of installation visit and reaching out to customers \xe2\x97\x8fResponsible for end to end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers \xe2\x97\x8fProviding consultation and troubleshooting of Customers Premises Equipment (CPE) \xe2\x97\x8fPerform triple-play services testing which included HIgh-Speed Internet (HIS) speed test via company\'s speed test webpage, perform test call from VOIP phone (incoming and outgoing calls and takedowns the recordings) \xe2\x97\x8fPromoting customers on current offerings and promotions for upselling and cross-selling products \xe2\x97\x8fBuild and maintain a good relationship with customers for long term partnershipJob Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8fPossess at least a Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/ equivalent field \xe2\x97\x8fPossess experience in installing CCTV/ network \xe2\x97\x8fHave experience in Sales would be advantages \xe2\x97\x8fMust have own transport vehicleIndustryITSpecializationIT - Infrastructure & Hardware
