Position: Technical Support Engineer Company Background: Japanese Manufacturing Sales Company Location: Penang, Kedah Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM3,000-5,500 + Annual Bonus Responsibilities: Taking care of Japanese Company. Concreate actions are below. (Answer sales and technical inquiry, Explain products, Support product selection, Provide product training and technical seminar, Trouble shooting, etc..) To visit customer more than 20 times per month and report to superior in Japanese or English. Support setting-up and troubleshooting of machine and making sample program for customer. Provide technical presentation to customer. The main in charge of areas are Penang and Kedah, and travel to Kuala Lumpur. Travel to all Malaysian region and overseas. Requirements: Speaking English and Mandarin Age : 22 to 40 years old Using physical products, all market is acceptable Strategize and develop solutions & proposal suitable for the E&E, Semiconductor and EMS. The main in charge of areas are Penang and Kedah, and travel to Kuala Lumpur. To manage feedback and complaints from customers, being the communication channel with internal departments, factories, suppliers, customers, partners, etc Coordinate all technical activities with contractors, suppliers and project team ensuring specifications are followed. Basic Microsoft skills(word, excel, ppt, etc..) Specification/Qualification: University Degree prefer. Having own smart phone and transportation.
