Work Location : Subang Hitech

Working Hour : Rotate 8hour/shift 2 off day per week

Basic salary : RM2300 + RM3000(incentive) + Shift Allowance

Job Duty

• Manage incoming Fiber Application to Activation including the below
• Engage customer (if necessary) to address their enquiries on Fiber Product
• Managing and liase customer appointment with partners closely to secure appointments - where needed
• Explain & set expectation on Product & terms and conditions on Fiber Installation.
• Willing to explore & adapt new ways to manage customer experience
• Respond to incoming customer issue on technical issues (Optional)
• Manage relationship with external service providers to coordinate service & meet SLAs

Ideal candidate

• Candidate who possesses at least Diploma any relevant major and background Customer Service / Telecommunication / Backend Support / IT Support / Receptionist / Sales
• Exceptional communication skills including rapport building, use of customer centric language; demonstrating appropriate urgency; Active listening skills,
• Ability to handle difficult situations, diffuse customer conflict by showing empathy; properly enforcing business rules that must be followed and offering alternative solutions where appropriate
• Quick learner who easily applies problem-solving, critical thinking, analysis skills and troubleshooting
• Ability to engage and facilitate activities of others, follow up to understand status and help to course-correct to meet expected delivery date
• Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining composure
