Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical problems in the field.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for on-site support and installations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.

Open for Location : Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sabah, Kuching & Johor Bahru.
Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for clients in the Cheras area.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems at client locations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on field service activities and performance metrics.
