factories, schools, government agencies, and private companies

This role involves both
on-field sales visits
and
relationship management
to grow new and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities -
Business Development
Visit targeted clients (schools, factories, local councils, and offices) to introduce company products.
Promote
uniforms, safety wear, t-shirts, jackets, and other corporate apparel
.
Identify potential leads and convert them into active customers.
Distribute brochures, samples, and company materials to prospects.
Attend trade shows, events, or tenders when required.
Sales Coordination
Work with
Design & Production teams
to ensure accurate pricing, quotations, and delivery schedules.
Prepare
daily visit reports
and customer feedback summaries.
Follow up with clients on quotation approvals, sample reviews, and repeat orders.
Customer Relationship
Build and maintain good long-term relationships with customers.
Handle client enquiries professionally and provide product suggestions based on needs.
Support after-sales service and feedback collection.
Commission Structure
Attractive
base commission
on every confirmed order.
Performance bonus
for achieving monthly or quarterly targets.

Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in sales or field marketing (garment/apparel industry preferred).
Possess own transport (car or motorcycle) and valid driving license.
Good communication & interpersonal skills in
Malay and basic English.
Energetic, responsible, and self-driven personality.
Able to work independently and meet targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
