Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Work independently and execute assigned tasks/projects at customer sites in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal application and operations teams to resolve on-site application-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate and oversee site preparation for new equipment delivery, including site readiness, tool installation, site acceptance testing (SAT), and post-service support. Provide hands-on, on-site customer service, including machine installation, buyoff, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and response time support to ensure equipment meets defined KPIs. Demonstrate strong teamwork and a proactive work attitude, addressing concerns or issues promptly with minimal supervision. Prepare and submit detailed service reports on completed tasks. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Open to working extra hours as per labor regulations in different countries.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Mechatronics or a related field. Strong background in electronics, with good mechanical and technical aptitude; ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams, PLCs, and basic electronic components. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are an advantage) and effective client engagement skills. Preferably experienced in field service with a strong service-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, and skilled in technical problem-solving. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to meet customer schedules and requirements. Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach, working effectively with internal and external teams to achieve business goals and maintain high service quality standards.
