Key Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

1) Deliver high-quality after-sales technical support, maintenance, and repair solutions for medical products to maintain device efficiency and optimize clinical workflows.
2) Handle end-to-end software integration and configuration during product setup, with basic IT troubleshooting skills for connectivity, network, and application issues.

Core Duties:
1) Coordinate and perform delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning (T&C) of medical equipment at customer sites.
2) Prepare service documentation including repair, calibration, troubleshooting reports, warranty certificates, and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) contracts.
3) Respond promptly to customer breakdowns and technical complaints via phone or onsite visits.
4) Analyze, evaluate, and resolve technical issues accurately to meet customer requirements.
5) Maintain digital service records using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and provide service checklists and reports.
6) Plan and manage travel arrangements, including outstation trips when required.
7) Support sales by proposing PPM contracts, recommending repair solutions, and pursuing technical sales opportunities.
8) Conduct product application training, basic demonstrations, and assist in trade events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
9) Handle credit collection related to service jobs and PPM contracts.

2. Requirements & Qualifications
1) Diploma or higher, preferably in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in technical repair, service engineering, or related fields.
3) Positive, cooperative, and willing-to-learn attitude.
4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in hardware troubleshooting.
5) Ability to travel extensively within Malaysia.
6) Must possess a valid manual driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
