Job Info & Requirements:
Contract/Full time
Min. certificate in IT or related field
Own Transportation - Compulsory
1-3 years' experience in IT service field
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Being available to discuss and resolve technical issues with other technical staff as necessary
Perform pre-installation test, site survey, installation, and commission of equipment/systems at customer's site.
Provide maintenance and troubleshooting service to customers promptly and effectively in a timely manner.
Escalate technical problems or issues to higher levels and product manufacturers to seek ways to resolve problems.
Provide proper reports and documentation for the company and customers after completion of jobs.
Execute tasks assigned within the committed time and quality of service, fully taking up ownership of the tasks assigned.
