We\'re seeking a motivated individual to join our client\'s team. You\'ll be responsible for troubleshooting customer network issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client customers\' communication systems.What You\'ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and solve: Address network and communication issues reported by customers.
• Maintain and improve: Keep network equipment up-to-date and perform routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
• Collaborate and learn: Work alongside experienced IT professionals to find the best solutions.
• Document and communicate: Track issues and solutions clearly to enhance our knowledge base.

What We\'re Looking For:

• Education: Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a similar field. Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Passion for technology: You\'re excited about networks and eager to learn about new technologies.
• Strong communication skills: You can clearly explain technical issues to customers and team members.
• Troubleshooting mindset: You enjoy problem-solving and finding creative solutions.
• Team player with independent drive: You can work effectively with others but are also comfortable working on your tasks.
• Basic network knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and broadband connections.
