-Service support equipment in semiconductor backend market
-Installation/Modification/trouble shooting/parts replacement/provide trainings
-Basically station at customer site in Penang. PIC for mainly 2 clients.
-Company provide the training(OJT).
Salary 3000~5500 (RM)
Location Selangor
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93 At least 1 - 2 years experience in semiconductor backend process
\xe2\x9c\x93 Especially die bonder experience is preferable.
