Install, commission, and calibrate equipment at customer sites.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and urgent repair services.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues.
Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers.
Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and inventory records.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report field issues and suggest improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and timely follow-ups.
Travel to customer sites as required (domestic and potentially regional).
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant field service experience, preferably in
semiconductor equipment
or
EMS environment
.
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; software troubleshooting is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently.
