Job description \xc2\xb7 To provide onsite/offsite escalation support to Technical Representatives and Junior CSSE on software/network/printer drivers and hardware problems. \xc2\xb7 Provide training to Customer Service Division\xe2\x80\x99s staff including printer setup, colour setup, software installation and operation when required. \xc2\xb7 To provide timely on-site customer support in terms of network printer, software installation, training and troubleshooting of software/system related issues of Fujifilm /3rdparty machines/ systems and ensure that good customer relation and satisfaction is maintained. \xc2\xb7 To provide phone call ahead/helpdesk support to customers on Fujifilm machines operation especially on software related matters. \xc2\xb7 Protect and ensure all company properties (e.g consumables and parts) usage are optimized at customers site and feedback to management if encounter problems or unhealthy activities at customers site. Return all companies properties (including parts consumables and etc) as and when required. \xc2\xb7 Continuously upgrading IT and product knowledge to provide good support to Customer Service Division. \xc2\xb7 To assist Business Operation Division on technical assistance, queries & requirements by customers. \xc2\xb7 To ensure customers satisfaction are achieved within our Territory/ Team through individual ownership and Excellence Service Call Cultures. \xc2\xb7 To maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s properties/ belongings e.g. Service tools, van kit stocks, service manual and etc in tip top condition. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the highest possible customer management skills and promptly inform management of problems at customer\xe2\x80\x99s site. \xc2\xb7 Submit activity report and records to superior/ management promptly and accurately. \xc2\xb7 Keep Team Leader and Customer Service Manager informed timely on any customer problems/opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Upkeep and improve service skills/knowledge in accordance to technology changes and/or as required by management. \xc2\xb7 Carry out Ad hock task and participate in meetings, surveys and projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by the superior/ the company. Requirement Minimum 2 years working experience in relavent field. Minimum Diploma Fast leaner and able to hardowrking Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
