Field Service Engineer

Job Description
Location: Johor Bahru, Johors:
- Install and configure analytical equipment at customer sites according to specifications and requirements.
- Ensure that installations are completed on time.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Train customers on the proper use and operation of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, progress service, and maintenance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote service agreements and forward fresh leads on new instrument opportunities to the sales manager.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience with installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel across states and within Malaysia.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
